Total Extensions offers free shipping in Canada for orders over $200 before taxes. For orders valued at $199 or less, you can choose from our $15 Canada Post flat rate, other Canada Post packages or even our priority mail services (Purolator, UPS, FedEx, etc. ). Please note that the express courier company may vary depending on the package option chosen.

International orders (including USA)

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package as well as the final destination. Our international express or surface shipping partners may vary depending on each country and your choice of shipping.

Customs fees and import taxes may apply and are beyond our responsibility.

The address must be complete, valid and have a physical existence for the order to be accepted (no delivery to a PO box).

We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, or on holidays. Shipping costs are charged for each order during checkout.

Once the order has been transferred to Canada Post or one of our international express shipping partners, any damages or additional costs resulting from an extended delivery time are not the responsibility of Total Extensions.

Delivery times vary depending on product category, product availability and distance from our warehouse to your address. Orders are processed at the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once the order is shipped, it is delivered within 1-7 business days depending on the distance and your choice of shipping option.

Returns and Exchanges

The Total Extension team sincerely wants your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding your order through this online store, please contact our customer service department through our contact page.

If you wish to return a product, it must be approved in advance by customer service. If this is the case, you will receive an authorization number which must be clearly written on the box. Boxes without an authorization number will be automatically rejected and returned to sender.

Any return request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.

When submitting your return request, please include your name, contact information, reason for return, order number and product(s) affected.

A response will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hours during business hours.

ONLINE SHOPPING

Before placing your order on our online store, you can check all the details concerning it: list of products, sizes and colors, prices, reductions in the case of promotional products, applicable additional costs as well as provincial and federal taxes.

Once the order has been placed, it automatically becomes an official purchase intention on your part with Total Extensions, under the conditions described in the online order summary (order page). Total Extensions becomes responsible for processing your order only when you receive a confirmation email/email.

We do not ship any orders until payment is complete. We only accept payments authorized by a bank. Total Extensions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment, in its sole discretion, even if payment has been made and approved. In this case, the order will be fully refunded. We take to heart and the greatest care of your personal information as well as the protection of your privacy.
